“Through the Floor” installation; In cases where the lift descends to the ground floor, there is a technology called a “Hatch” or an additional inter-floor closure panel, which moves down to close the gap, ensuring there is no empty space on the second floor and providing fall protection. We have meticulously designed the Hatch to perfectly seal the gap, aligning seamlessly with our lift space. This ensures both aesthetic appeal and efficient use of space in the home.

This installation locations with an additional “Half Gate” safety door: In cases where the lift is installed alongside a mezzanine or in the middle of a staircase, the Half Gate enhances safety when the lift descends to the ground floor. The Half Gate functions to close the door opening on the upper floor and operates in synchronization with the home lift’s door.
