Through the floor installations : Ascenda Home Lift descends to the ground floor, there will be a technology called “Hatch” or additional cover between floors, sliding down to close off the 2nd floor so that there is no space and to prevent falling. We have designed the Hatch to close the gap to fit snugly into our home lift space perfectly for beauty and to save usable space in the house.

Half Gate is when home lift is installed on the mezzanine or the middle of the stairs in the house to increase safety when the elevator moves down to the lower floor. The Half Gate will act to close the door on the upper floor and work together with the door of the home elevator immediately.
